The Solution

Allot Smart can be integrated into the 5G core to provide its rich offering to operators who have migrated their core network to 5G.

The 5G core – implements a Service Based Architecture (SBA) for the control plane, which enables each control network function to interact with the other core network functions and consume their services, over the SBA bus via REST API.

Allot Service Gateway is located on the 5G User Plane and performs DPI functions on the user traffic.

Allot SMP (Subscriber Management Platform) provides the interface to the 5G Core Control Plane. It interacts with the 5G control network functions via the SBA bus, to receive the relevant information related to subscriber sessions, service plans, and policies.
